This project comprises of 12x units of 4 bedrooms terraces and 15x units of 2 bedroom apartments and 1x unit of 2 bedroom detached house. With amazing amenities such as a football pitch, basketball court, kids play area, adults lounge area and a fully functional gym.
For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to ensure our work followed stringent industry standards. This project was completed on time and within budget. This project is currently under construction with a Q2 2026 completion date. We are very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. We are interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we do everything to achieve this.

Auto Spare Parts and Truck Shipments
This is a project handled by our Dubai (UAE) entity JPV Auto Spare Parts Trading L.L.C where we focus on construction machinery and parts for export to West Africa. We export heavy construction machineries such as:
